What do you mean...as a cm?

Not you, her...sorry
I was wondering if Joanna was helping Gov. Ratcliffe get around, or maybe was doing crowd control and just happened to be standing near, or wearing a costume like the ones in American Adventure at Epcot.

What made her be mistaken for Ratcliffe's wife, I guess is what I meant. Is that better?

My understanding is that Riverboat is free floating not on a track...but it is easy to run it aground or get it stuck if the pilot misses the turn there.

The River Boat is on a track, I remember as a kid being a little surprised when the river was drained for rehab and I saw track there.

Heya everybody, those of you here who post on another site where I am a moderator will know me. To the rest of you, I just want to say thank you for not letting this thread deteriorate into a flame war. Now, maybe that is the work of The Mom (in which case I thank you especially, Mom), but either way, it tells me you have a neat community. While I won't have the same postcount as at my home on the internet (and if you don't believe I am a Cast Member at heart with a love of creating the guest experience, you can read all 2,462 of my posts there, and if there's even one that you have issue with, I'd love to hear it) I just might have to get a bit involved here. With what time, I am not sure, but it could still happen. But a thread like this gives me a sense this is a place worth sticking around, or at least visiting from time to time.

So please, don't make The Mom tired. Great name for a mod, has that whole... "The Family" feel to it.

I can't begin to tell you how many people I've heard not wanting to ride Summit Plummet because they "don't want to fly off the end of the ski jump".

That's hilarious, because you know that's exactly what happens. Disney is going to blow safety to the wind and just let people hurtle off into nothingness and slam into a shallow pool.

Actually, if you follow the snow gators ski tracks, you would crash into the wall of the gift shop.

Even better, because then they could make you buy something before the paramedics take you to Celebration Hospital.:ROFLOL:

Exactly, I always thought it was odd that a parks major attraction didn't exit into a gift shop...there's the solution. :lookaroun
