Thanks for the well wishes gang

If Ying and Yang is true, Sue (my girlfriend) is very overdue good fortune (apart from getting together with yours truly five months ago of course ;) )

She's not had a lot of fun in the last few years - for the medical folk in the thread she has Antiphospholipid Syndrome which caused Pulmonary Hypertension. Were it not for major specialist surgery at Papworth four years ago she would no longer be with us. Whilst recovering from that her then husband threw her out of their house with nothing but the car she drove away in. Since then she's been on a a long road of recovery and a life of being stone broke.

I never got to hear her sing, but she spent four years at college fine tuning it and had a voice that by all accounts was second to none. The illness and operation have taken that voice from her - a major part of who she was.

The florist she set up several months ago has done wonders for her (if not her bank balance) and she should now be in line for some things to enjoy and not have to fight against.

If any of you has a lucky rabbits foot or equivalent (not that they were all that lucky for the rabbit) give em a little rub for Sue.

Thanks

Be careful what you wish for - there are "Gentleman's Clubs" that cater for men whose preferences may not be in line with your own, and I don't think you want to know where THOSE Dollar bills went!

So Joe, where is Scotland Yard when you need them?

Sometimes it just doesn't pay to go to bed, I suppose. Well wishes to the both of you for things to get better.

*Huggles Back* Or as the Welsh say "Cwtch" - pronounced "Cutch".

And indeed I do say the same about her :D
