Thats fine.

But this whole "Drunkytown" nonsense? You started all this. It was mildly amusing the first time, but after the millionth time? Gets obnoxious to those of us that enjoy a nice cold adult beverage while some spawn of satan in a stroller screams nearby.

Believe me, I would love to see the drunken college kids - because thats what they mainly are, UCF or CPs - I would love to see them leave because it makes it a PITA to get a drink at Epcot anymore.
wasnt @WDW1974 who coined the term "drunkytown" to specify the food and wHine at Epcot?

It was my impression that all of the offerings were supposed to be samplers. And considering the size of the portions, that's what they are. For everything but price.

So about $146 per day for food and drink for the two of you. Considering we typically spend about $50 per day for lunch at WDW, at sit-down locations and including adult beverage, I wouldn't necessarily consider that "pretty affordable". However, that's just opinion, and YMMV.
I'm talking about sampling a variety of different types of food and alcohol in a festival atmosphere. Food and booze ALL day long. Not one meal. It covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Multiply yours times 3 and it's actually more than my total. Just saying.

Well...after the new Star Wars trailer, I think...
we have to assume the Star Was land will not be Tatoonie. The dessert planet is Jakku (sp?) So, who knows what the Disney themed land will be now.
A mix of different worlds maybe?
No idea but these guys still haven't found carp.

Of course they do, I want a nice glass of wine with lunch as well, My point is they are emphasizing F&B sales over the Star Wars experience SWW once was.

If you had a 'prop room' with real SW props the line would make Anne and Elsa's line look like a 5 minute walk on and you could probably charge 5 bucks a head.
Maybe I'm missing something here. Someone posted that they are converting a QS restaurant into a Star Wars Themed lounge for SWW. They didn't replace a Star Wars exhibit with a drinking tent or cancel the character appearances. If they actually have a Cantina Band, Star Wars fanboys will probably wet themselves. I don't see how it's diminishing the Star Wars experience for anyone.

Isn't what they are doing really providing fanboys what they want and I'm sure making a killing off of it in the process?

Curious to get your meaning here, Dave. Both of my children were Cesarean deliveries. My wife's got the abdominal scars and stretch marks to match, but she's the classiest person I know.
speaking of scars.. its getting popular to get tatoos in places the scars are very visible.
seems to be a trend lately to hide them or proclaim proudness of them.

I think the issue is when they still give drinks to those who are already drunk.

That is a given but I don't want it to become like Universal and every booth selling beer. I don't care if people have a drink I make a ton of money off of drunks and liquor but I don't want it everywhere.

I had the 45 when I was 12. Great song!
