Thanks for clearing that up!Horizons had no sinkhole.

Did anyone else read this in Sean Bean's voice?Horizons had no sinkhole.
Did I hear somewhere that Universe of Energy is actually on top of a sinkhole (and still in no danger of actually closing)? Or was that BS as well?Horizons had no sinkhole.
Energy does have a small issue underneath part of the building. A pump continuously looks after it.Did I hear somewhere that Universe of Energy is actually on top of a sinkhole (and still in no danger of actually closing)? Or was that BS as well?

The problem is that the geology in that area is ever changing as more limestone is worn away by the underground aquifers.Energy does have a small issue underneath part of the building. A pump continuously looks after it.
A sad day long in the making.

I'll tell my dad when I see him tonight he's been lieing to me all these years.Horizons had no sinkhole.
I'm afraid you'll have to tell him, although it's been a popular misconception on the web since MS opened.I'll tell my dad when I see him tonight he's been lieing to me all these years.

I got it from the horses mouth - from the designer of Horizons.
Wreck it Ralph 2 was only speculation on the part of the author. Given Rich Moore's involvement with "Zootopia", I'm not sure we're going to see another WIR.Well here's a strange rumor. I have no idea how credible it is but I thought it would be worth discussing. Nintendo has apparently made several deals with Disney, including films, but only Wreck It Ralph 2 is mentioned.

And to think those cunning imagineers told us they had installed a smellitzer...So that's why it smells the way it does - it's not the dinosaurs
They would not have rebuilt on that EXACT plot if that was the case. It also wouldn't have stayed open as long as it did if the land was so unstable. Not to knock your source, but one would think one who worked maintenance on the building would be very credible. Even if it wasn't a sinkhole, structural issues due to shifting foundations seems very plausible.
