I feel like a game as defined by gigantic wide open spaces as Breath of the Wild wouldn't translate that well into something on the Lost Continent plot.Nah. Breath of the Wild

Some sort of timeless composite Hyrule Castle/Town would be best, IMO. There is such consternation over the Zelda "timeline" to begin with, it would likely be the most successful route.

My idea for the land is that it would be split between a fixed Castle Town and the Lost Woods/Korok Forest. The main E Ticket would be in Castle Town and would be a Forbidden Journey like experience that takes you all over Hyrule. The Korok Forest would be a bit of a kiddy area and the Lost Woods a maze to the Master Sword.
Yes. Or a Wii U but pretty much no one buys that version.

I agree which is why the areas I picked are ones seen in many of the games. A good thing about BotW is that we never see a fixed Castle Town so there’s no idea of what it contained pretty much making it a blank slate. Milk Bar, potion shop, mini game shop (think Frontierland shooting arcade), Happy Mask Shop, etc. could all be included. Since it didn’t really have a theme either they could use any iconic tracks they want like they do in HP.

I'll post the box office data in the Black Panther thread, but I just wanted to mention here that BP is now out of the top 5. It's now in Week 9, and it's still having an incredibly impressive run.

An observation, I was going through OLC’s financial records last week and I noticed they’ve kept about $2.6 Billion on hand for the past couple of years whilst doing stock buybacks. OLC will tell us when they’re ready to proceed, but they will likely want to have more money put aside for this project. Just a guesstimate, but landfill plus a third gate and new Disney resorts could cost around $5 billion+.

Why not?, Olympic venues go up in less time than that, Not everyone drags building stuff out to minimize cash burn, Most places want to start collecting REVENUE!.

The reason it surprises me is because it means construction would likely have to start this year and besides speculation no one has said anything concrete on what we’ll see inside the park. Unless anyone wants to chime in *cough* @marni1971 *cough*

Nah. I’ve known about it for quite a while so you can bet they’ve had it ready to go for a long time. I wouldn’t say I’ve seen the final design but what I do know does excite me.

Why would they do that? could the deaths of some of the top Nintendo guys sinked the contract?
Could they change nintendo land for full blown Dreamworks land?
Still, I agree with you because nowadays every "insider" seems to get the information and repeat what they heard from somewhere else and not actual inside info.

Ministry of Magic being sent to the third park as a way to hook the park goers into each park is an obvious way to go.
