Just got a refund. I can keep the bands when they arrive (they are already linked in my account). I assume I won't be able to find the ones we want without a ton of time and effort, but maybe (and then I'll talk to someone about the fact that we'd still be out $10/per), but it's something I guess.

Any word on opening date beyond "early December"? Our planned studios morning is Monday, 12/7 and this is all my 4 year-old wants in life at this point.

We have the same issue. Going down 12/5 for 6 nights. Guest relations offered to switch is to animal kingdom lodge or to garden wing in the contemporary. I've just never been a fan of the contemporary so I think we'll take the offer for $100 off per night to stay at WL.
