I'll be going to WDW in October for the first time. I was wondering, how manageable/chaotic are the crowds and wait times in the first week of October. Does the fact that it is the TOT 10 Miler weekend have any big effect on crowds?

So when returning from the parks, if I'm staying at the Lodge, what would the bus say on it? Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness?

I'll be staying at Wilderness Lodge for the first time in October, and I'm a bit confused. Do the Lodge and Fort Wilderness use the same buses to and from the parks? Or do they each have their own designated buses? If anyone could clear this up, it would be much appreciated.

I've eaten there a few times, and, while it's nothing exceptional, I've found that it is a good meal if you're staying at the CBR. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there if I was staying at a different resort.

I have 2 stories about BTG's from my trip in December. 1. While waiting in a line for Mickeys Philharmagic, about 10 teenagers from one of the groups literally crawled underneath the ropes to the front of the line, while the parents/chaperones "kindly" just pushed past everyone to the front...

The first week of December I rode about three times and the mist, mermaids, and all battle scene effects were working. I love that ride so much when everything is functional, I rode it as much as I could.

We're arriving Thursday and leaving 12/8. How are crowds expected to be during these 10 days? We're aware that it'll probably be mobbed Thursday, were just basically gonna play it by ear and do whatever we feel like. What about Friday and Saturday particularly though? We'll be at BB on Friday...

I'm sorry I confused the abbreviations for Stitch's Great Escape and Spaceship Earth. My bad. I meant to say I think SGE will be closed. I just don't see Stitch as a very lasting movie.

I think new attractions will include Avatarland, Star Wars land in DHS, some new Pixar themed ride. Hard to predict new attractions that far in the future. I think SSE will be gone, but I'm not really sure what else.

I saw the yeti in all it's glory some years ago, and it was fantastic. I don't understand why Disney wouldn't take the time to fix it. Don't they want it to work like it's supposed to after they shelled out all that $$$ for it? If that is why, then wouldn't the profit from it outweigh the cost...
