club level room at royal pacific

I've stayed Club Level at the RPR several times and am a big fan. If you have kids there is a large area at one end of the room where they can hang out, play, watch TV with leather chairs built for children. There's two computers with internet access. I always found the amount of food to be huge...

Annual Pass Which one to choose???

The Premier Pass has some interesting perks (Express Pass access after 4PM, free preferred parking, HHN ticket) but I've never even considered upgrading from my Preferred Pass. The Preferred Pass still a reasonable price and gets you free self-parking and discounts on food/merch/hotels. My...

Will Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl use express pass?

Rode it last week for the first time and I don't think it was using Express Pass. Not that it needed it either because even though the crowds were there for the park the line for the Twirl 'n' Hurl were always small. I absolutely LOVED this ride. Tons of great jokes throughout the queue and...

anyone know if rip ride rockit secret playlist still operational

Have to agree. Always want to try new stuff but I find myself back at Sabotage more often than not. Was excited to get the secret playlist to work a month ago. My problem at first was like a previous poster, I was holding down the button, but not letting go. Once I got it to work I went with...

    LeFou's Brew....the verdict?

Have been looking forward to LeFou's Brew since I heard about Red's Apple Freeze when Cars Land opened. Finally got one last week. Possibly the most awful drink I have ever tasted. Made the Doofenslurp I got the day before at EPCOT seem ok, and think about what that's saying. In order of my...

Are there mini frigs in the rooms at the Royal Pacific?

Another thing I'll do is take one of the large merchandise bags you get at the parks (or CityWalk/Downtown Disney) and fill it up with a whole bunch of ice (from an ice machine on each floor). I'll put that bag near the bathroom and keep water bottles/soda etc in it. Those bags are pretty thick...

Are there mini frigs in the rooms at the Royal Pacific?

No fridge. Just a mini bar. You can always empty the mini bar and put your stuff in, just make sure you put everything back. I believe you can rent a fridge from the resort for $15-20 a day.

    Super cool experience today

I took part in doing this late last year and did a write up on the entire experience: http://www.orlandoinformer.com/2012/delancey-street-preview-center-universal-orlando-review/ We saw the show "Defiance", which starts on SyFy April 15th and is highly recommended if you like shows like...

10 Things to Love About Universal

While some may consider it nuts (and definitely unhealthy), what I like to look for at Universal is some of the craziest food options. I saw some shows on The Food Network on the craziest foods and also Man Vs Food and started to look for food choices that were just plain crazy and Universal had...

    Art of Animation questions

I know I've read it all on Disney message boards, but really can't believe non-handicapped people think the Little Mermaid wing is "far" from anything and that Pop Century is better than AoA in any area other than price. I like Pop Century and am staying at both AoA and Pop during different...

    Soft openings

Other than New Fantasyland, when has Disney or Universal ever announced soft openings? I remember the StarToursLive crew giving daily updates before that went into soft opening at DHS. Fun stuff but Disney was definitely not telling anyone when it would open.

Anyone seen the NEW Blue Man Group show?

I saw the old show about 8 times between Boston and Orlando. I enjoy the new ending, and it's fun, but I don't believe its the "wow" moment the old show had. The new additions to the show are very well done, and they kept all the best parts of the old show so if you're a Blue Man fan, it's...
