Westside and The Landing will be done. Town Center is from ground up so might not open until 2016. Marketplace is done except for the facades and a few new buildings. They might leave Marketplace exterior until later. You should find everything but the Town Center done and the garage.

There might be exterior theme changes. Maps don't show changes to Marketplace other than the new shops in Town Center. It is too early to expect anything yet.

Meieran has an underground area that could have a nightclub. Hints have been for adult areas in some new restaurants that might feature dancing or a place to be entertained such as nightclubs. Just be ready for PR to roll and be prepared to party next year!
