I stayed at Poly a month ago and it was still not easy to get in there, so with added hotel capacity very close by, I worry about it. Yeah everyone in MK area can get there but it’s a little easier if it’s just a short walk away.

That is heartbreaking, they did build that for Riviera and I enjoy going up there when I stay there.

Thank you! It seems there is reference to a pending new development agreement that is currently being negotiated so that would probably be a document of interest as well. Overall it looks like it was a walk away agreement and not overly lopsided.

It would be interesting to know how settlement discussions got started and who in fact reached out to who first. I’d love to also review the settlement document and see which side won on what. Would be curious if there was any mention of future political activity on the part of Disney. We know...

I’m a skeptic as well but they have done many things (even in the past month or so) that are encouraging. My feeling is they are listening. From one skeptic to another I think we should at least wait and see how this D23 shakes out. Who knows, they may be very close to moving dirt around.
