    Does anybody have any...

MK Custodial..one other thing I noticed down in the tunnels were the size of the barrels of the soap! Oh my goodness! Please tell me that no one lifts those - I'm hoping they get put on some kind of a forklift! But it's funny to see the huge barrel and then when you go into a restroom, it's...

Park Attendance with cancelled early entrance

When we were down there 2 weeks ago, we came to our room at the Wilderness Lodge and found a note on the bed stating that Disney was anticipating heavy crowd days at the MK and AK and they would be doing EE for resort guests only. So instead of opening at 9AM, those 2 parks opened at 8AM. The...

    Miniature golf

My husband and I played the winter course in Wintersummerland on the day we departed. It was really cute! The winter course had very little shade as well, but there's one hole when you're playing the back nine that cools you off a little bit (think snowman!)

    Does anybody have any...

The tunnels in the pictures look so much cleaner than when we were down there on the Keys to the Kingdom tour! In addition to the vehicles beeping occasionally, there were pallets and bins of "stuff" alongside the corridors. I was also surprised that a "you are here" map that we saw down there...

    Worst Ride???

I laughed when I saw your post - we went to this 2 weeks ago (still not sure why). I couldn't stop laughing at the names, like Neil Moussaka. It was so bad, that it's funny! :hammer:

    Favorite Character Meal

Chef Mickey's is my choice. Chip and Dale were our favorites - Chip poured our coffee, and Dale mutilated my Mickey waffle (we deducted that he wanted them to make Dale waffles instead!). A little girl was so excited to see Mickey that she bumped her head on the table and started...

    Haunted Mansion

When I got off the ride, I noticed the pet cemetary for the first time! I didn't have the chance to check out if they had headstone markers or if the pets had names. Does anyone know?

    Disney Coffee Table Books

I have an oldie but goodie ( it may the same as Rob Fl's). It's called Walt Disney's EPCOT: Creating the New World of Tomorrow, and came out in 1982. It has some great construction pictures and original sketches of the park and rides. It also talks about several countries and rides that never...

    After 100 years of Magic

On our Keys to the Kingdom tour, we were informed that the Share a Dream Come True parade will be staying for a while.

    Primeval Whirl

I believe that - we noticed when you ride it in the afternoon, the track is more "oiled" up, giving you more whip around those turns!:hammer:

    Epcot Sign

It doesn't look that bad, but I guess I'm old-fashioned..I prefer SE to stand alone by itself. I remember walking around EPCOT and we would periodically stop and just look at SE ( from across the Lagoon or within Future World). The Mickey wand just takes a little bit away from it, in my...

Secrets and Story's of the Magic Kingdom

I would have to agree with Griz. We did this for the first time this past trip and it was well worth the money! I booked it based on the recommendations from several people on this site, and they were right...it was excellent!

    Primeval Whirl

Didn't have a problem with it when we were there Memorial Day week. We went on several times with no wait. In fact, one of the times we rode it, I was surprised that they had both tracks running ( not a huge crowd at that early hour).:)

    Best Souvenir

Too many to choose from so I listed some of my favorites! 1) photos from all our Disney trips 2) my old Thumper stuffed animal (I saw a different version of him on my recent trip 2 weeks ago and I like the older version better!) 3) my sterling silver Mickey slider pendant/necklace 4) all...

    Your Favorite Table Service Restaurant?

My two favorites are at MGM: Hollywood Brown Derby and the 50's Prime Time Cafe. Both have very different atmospheres, but we've had great meals and excellent service at both!
