hmm.. I've done things, and experienced things at MK that very few people ever get to do..

I've even driven my own personal car down Main Street

 how cool! I wanna do that!

but to answer the orgional question, the most I know about is all the underground stuff, and how there ia bunch of costumes, and they have to wear certain sunglasses, and shoes.....I think I saw it on a show once.

and how does everyone like the tours of disney!? I think I will start a new thread....

I would have to agree with Griz. We did this for the first time this past trip and it was well worth the money! I booked it based on the recommendations from several people on this site, and they were right...it was excellent!

go to hiddenmickeys.org! they have tons of secrets and stories. an example would be that main street is on a slant so that when your exiting magic kingdom its easier on your feet :) nice little touch i think. Have fun reading all those little facts and trust me there is a lot

Behind the ears

An extensive narrative of Disneyland backstage lore is available at your local public library... "Mouse Tales: A behind-the-ears look at Disneyland" by David Koenig. Pretty much the same stories have been told about WDW and its Magic Kingdom.

I pulled a lot of strings.. plus, I used to have backstage clearance to park at MK, during spectro rehearsals last year
