This is why I hate college!!!!!

Actually Hitler also had thousands of Christians (Catholics & Protestants) murdered also, not only Jews. Somehow that has been conveniently left out of the history books. I cannot validate the information, as I have not actually checked it out for myself. But I have heard it mentioned that...

Brand New Blank Video cam tapes.

Hey everyone. I have 5 Maxell VHS-C Premium High grade HGX-Gold TC-30 blank cassettes. I also have 6 TDK Hi-8 120 blank cassettes. All of these are brand new unused. I happen to get these passed on to me by someone who knows I'm a computer and tech geek. If anyone has use for them, as I do not...

    My beef with the resorts

I read through almost every posting in this thread. Unless I missed it. No one has suggested using your Laptop to watch a movie. If you know that you are going to be up late prior to going. Bring some movies with you and watch them on your computer. If your tech savvy you can even get an adaptor...

    Dissapointed..

I'll say this. I took my wife for her first time on our Honeymoon (1995). She had a great time and I, having not been there since 1981 had a great time also. We had thought about going back every year since then but just couldn't. We finally went again in 2005. It made a difference being away...

    Storing Snapshots

WOW. I am actually surprised that no one here mentioned anything about using Disney's service that burns them to CD. Has anyone used it? What did it cost?

    Storing Snapshots

Hey everyone. I was wondering what everyone else does in regards to storing your electronic snapshots. Do you put a really large card in your camera or maybe bring your laptop with you or possibly have them burnt to a CD while in the parks? OH and not to forget Photopass. Let me know. :)

Best place for a Dole Whip?

All you have to do is go to where the entrance to the Swiss Family Robinson tree is and turn around. VIOLA - Dole Whip Stand. :slurp: It's the best. Whenever the DW and I go it's the first thing we do when entering the MK. :) Of course we stare at Cindy's castle while walking down mainstreet...

From the Press Event - New celebration to be called "What Will You Celebrate?"

My B-Day is right in the middle of August. My wife doesn't take well to the heat. I love it. So this is pretty much out for me. The last time we went (Nove 2005) it was still betwen 82-88 degrees and she couldn't handle it. Forget at the time of my B-Day.

Very torn. What would you do?

Sweetpee, I make this comment from my own pain and loss. Your Parents won't be around forever. Please don't loose out on this opportunity. I know that right now you may look at it as a gigantic undertaking. Let it be. I lost my Dad 8 years ago. The only time I had been at WDW was 1976 during the...

Is there such a thing as too prepared?

The thing is, you can't really over plan, because you can always cut something out of your plans while your there on the fly. That's why I agree that planning is almost as fun as going. You try and think of everything before hand and then morph and change it as needed when your actually in the...

How mad I am about the carousel of progress going away in 2009.

The thing is, it's a good attraction. What it really needs is to be seriously updated. I mean the technology in the current ride has already been for the most part surpassed.

Family Members Who Would Love to Come to WDW but Can't Afford it

Here's an idea. Would it be at all possible for you to give the WDW trip to your Mom as a gift? I.E. Christmas gift or Birthday gift? This way, your mom wouldn't be able to say that she owed you anything because it would be a gift. Besides maybe you ought to remind her that you will never be...
