Now that you mention it, after we met at ESPN club, we strolled on down to Jellyrolls! Both of those places have very relaxed atmospheres. I personally would be more hesitant to go to Jellyrolls by myself because it's really loud... definitely more like a bar scene.

When I went solo last April I met all sorts of people. I ended up meeting a couple really nice guys at ESPN on Boardwalk. We hung out a couple times after that but nothing ever came of it. We're still friends on facebook! :p lol
