Easiest and quicket way to get from POR to Beach Club?

We're going in September and staying at POR, but we have breakfast reservations at Cape May at 8:45 am. Just wondered what the easiest way to get there might be.

We had the same problem for a dinner there. We were staying at POFQ though. We had the option to figure out how to get there by ourselves and drive. Or, you could take a bus to DTD or MK and then go to the appropriate bus stop for the beach club and take the bus from there. We took the bus to DTD and barely made it to our reservation. It took an hour via the bus. If we would have known that, we would have drove ourselves. You could always call a taxi and have them drive you. Im sure there may be someone else who may have a better idea, but this was how we got there. Good luck!!

I have always taken the bus to DTD and waited for the bus for the appropriate hotel. That being said, hotel buses at DTD I've come to find to be rather slim in the morning time simply because a lot of stuff around there doesn't open early. It took two hours once to make it from POP, to DTD, to Wilderness Lodge.

If you have your own car, I'd definitely drive. Taxi is an option, and in my opinion, relatively cheap around there.

There are 3 ways to get there that come to mind. The fastest should be take the bus to MK and from there take the bus to BC. Next would be take the bus to DHS and then either walk or take the boat to BC. Lastly you could take the bus to Epcot then enter the park and walk to BC via the international gateway. If time is an issue you can get a cab there for less than $20. The cab ride will take less than 15 minutes. Buses will take you around an hour.

Avoid using DTD as a hub like the plague. The bus routes to and from there are quite long during peak times and can add up to an hour to your travel times.

seems to me the easiest solution (short of driving or getting a cab) would be to bus to the Studios, then take a boat or walk to BC. Walking is faster unless the boat is right there and seconds from departing. Even then, if you haul tail, walking might be faster.

When we went from FQ to BC we took bus to DHS and boat to BC. We gave ourselves 1 hour from when we arrived at FQ bus stop. I think it took about 40 mns door to door.

If you are a walker it's a piece of cake, 15-20 minutes because it's the furthest away. We always walk to DHS and back to the YC. The boat takes forever and depending on where you would have to park at DHS, sometimes the walk takes less time than driving and parking.
