Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex

im going to wdw with my girlfriend and daughter in 24days:ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL:
i was wondering if it is worth is to take a trip to disney's sports complex.
i have been 2 wdw many times but have never been to the complex> is it worth a visit

I've only been there a couple of times and it was to go to the restaurant. The first time was to watch a Thursday night football game that started at 8 and by 9 we were one of the last tables in the joint! I was rather disappointed. Atmosphere was cool, but food wasn't great.

We didn't do much rummaging around the Complex, but I didn't see many places that you could rummage . They seem to keep their fields up very nice and I'd be excited to go watch something there, but I don't really know what you could do there unless somethign was scheduled.... I'd like to be enlightened a little bit more as well.
