a beautiful day for a run .. spring is here folks ... -- 13.09 today. felt good , after a frustion day yesterday at work i deiced to run out my frustration ... , so Marathon training is going great! ... im feelin it now after being worried!

beatufil weather ... im normally not off on monday but i worked the weekend, so i was off today. so i got a start on Marathon trainin g today . with 10.13 miles tonight .. very nice day after the rain this morning!

after workling as bunch of ot this week at work i decided to take some frustration out and go for a 8.53 mile run.. alot to to think about and get my mind right !.. run is my therapy! ...

feelin good this morning , warmer waether finally .. ( in the south ) .. took full advantage.. -- did 6.51 and decided to sign up for my first marathon this weekend... , its not until dec. though..

so i tested my foot today . in 25 degree weather .. it felt good ... did 4.17 , but other parts of my body hurt bc i havent ran since we got back! ... but yeah!

day 6- the goodbyes and resort hopping... - so today was the day no really likes .. its the day the magic ends and you come back to reality. , but atleast for us we didnt fly out until 530 so we had some more time in the magic , unitl about 230 when the dme picked us ... so we made res. for...

day 5- Holly wood studios , and the day that no one likes there last full day at Disney , ( tech not true in our case , since we didn't fly out until 530) , but still . , so we hit Hollywood studios about 9 ish or so right when It opened ...so we had lunch res. for prime time .... so we had a...

ditto to all that was said .. but beware i dont know if they are doing it new this year , but with marahton weekend , for some reason they made you walk around the world to get in to get your packet , then out side and out a diffrent way to get your shirt? , which was alot of walking .. but...

tex , im now 26.2 after running 2016 half marathon

i didnt get up and watch some of the marathon in 2014 , but i did make it my goal to get up and go support the marathoners this year and it was amaizing experience!! ,, and disney at christmas is wonderful! .. got a pic with tweedle dum and dee and the in fron tof the caslte during the half!
