I put my treadmill on the curb years ago. :)

8 miles today, temps in the high 30s, thankfully no wind. Nice running weather. One more short run until Dopey!

A smattering of different runs last week. A few 4m@2i@7:27p, and some 9-13ish at varying paces. Just trying to get some more miles in at different paces to figure out what my body seems to like best for the full. It will be an interesting Dopey to say the least.

Starting to get up early to get used to 0300 wake-ups. :)

Guess that's a good thing about getting up at 3:45 normally, it's not all that different for race weekends. ; )

Got up at 0500 to get in my last Higdon Dopey taper run. 2 miles in 21 wind chill. Beautiful morning with a bright quarter moon and lots of stars. Driving down to WDW tomorrow!

I've always liked to start out my year with a longer than usual run, so on New Year's Day I pushed the envelope a little more than I've been able to the past year, and I did 9 miles. Was pleased that I felt like I could've gone further too, but didn't want to press my luck or my health so I stopped. Yesterday another 4 miles on the TM.
Cold weather seems to have returned to NY for the winter. If you don't follow Nick on FB, he's been posting pics of himself running 26 miles a day in crazy cold weather gear and a mask. LOL

Every time that I think outdoor running is done until spring, we get another warm day. I picked up my gps watch and find that I let the battery die. So, I did approximately 5 miles at an unknown pace.

Back from DLR. Wanted to beat 2 hours on the Star Wars half. Realized about mile 10 it wasn't going to happen so I coasted to a 2:07. Actually happy since I was chugging Nyquil and doing cough drops all weekend. :)

Disneyland is still awesome, even with all the closures. Hyperspace Mountain is A-MAY-ZING! :jawdrop:
