I rode today and noticed that the little waterfalls just after the backside of water are working now too. I haven't been to MK in 2 months, but prior to that, I hadn't seen water flowing there since I started as a skipper over a year ago.

Yeah, in fact working at Pirates, I accept them all the time. We just do the same thing we do for guests who can't use our standard entrance which means they wait until a Pirate host or hostess can take them 'round back to our offstage entrance. Typically we only do it if the wait time is over...

I don't think they are trying to focus on the lighting... It's called theming. The reason those lights are in the picture is to show you that they are trying to make it look like a comedy club which would normally have that style of lighting fixture.
