We have stayed at both. The rooms are bigger at CB and we really liked the resort. But we loved POR. The kids loved the pools at both places and felt that the food court at POR was better. The restaurant at POR was also better than CB.

It is unfair to discriminate against "Families" with no small children. I have four children toddler to teen. I would not be offended if those without small children attended the park, specifically fantasyland. Disney is a place for children of all ages, with and without strollers.

Keep calling to see if the day becomes available. I just did the same thing and the CM was very helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed. I wouldn't miss out on the free dining.

We have done both places with four children. While I enjoyed Mama's and the children did eat, they missed the choices for children and of course I never heard the end of "they didn't have the ice cream station like H&V." This time I scheduled H&V.
