I have two bank managers in my family. During the most intense part of the shutdown the lobbies were closed except by appointment. Legally banks cannot close.

And I don’t want to hear that CNN is more reputable than WSJ...this has several studies and cross references to consistent data:

Well...something about that old 80’s scene (my grandparents lived in calabash, North Carolina for decades) isn’t going well.
Allegheny County, Pa (Pittsburgh...my old hood) had to shut down bars and restaurants a couple of days after flash points developed - the largest one being linked to 20 year old fools back from myrtle...
And over the weekend here in Jersey the new contract tracing snoops the good times governor has rolled out are tracing a flashpoint back to people returning from an out of state weeding in??...you guessed it: myrtle beach.

I read the wsj a lot...there’s good reporting...
But never forget that it is a pro-money paper and those that are leashed to money are getting quite tired of this “health” thing...the editorial board is firmly of the opinion everyone needs to continue their quest to become billionaires without further tedious delay.

...first time on the board? The completely whack a doodle emphasis on Disney being open - even if it’s unwise or people have no immediate plans to go - is a “testament” to the Walt Disney Company.
It’s the spectre behind all this covid talk. Not hard to track if you’re watching.

I was at myrtle waves first week...where they had the slides you stopped in the little “collection pools” and got slammed into by those coming down the chutes behind you...

I understand they have kind of waited too long and backed themselves into a corner with this and pretty much have to go forward, but how many more positive cases is too much? What is too much? It is already more cases now then what it was when it originally shutdown in March I believe.
