Not always. Originally it was spring 2021.I'm not arguing otherwise. Tron isn't and wasn't planned for 2020. It was planned for mid to late next year always.

So what's your ballpark estimate for an opening date? Not always. Originally it was spring 2021.
I imagine they still want to have it open by OctoberSo what's your ballpark estimate for an opening date?

my take away Is all timelines are fluid for any Disney parks capex right now. And to be fair any theme park operator would tell you the same thing right now.
New anniversary ad:
FiftyTwenty-fiveTenFive Enhancements for the 50th!
They are getting ready for 2021. Epcot will have several new attractions to help draw crowds away. They don’t need to boost attendance with a major new attraction when the park can only operate at a fraction of its full capacity.
Opening and marketing Tron right now would waste thousands if not millions in potential attendance.

They will. Assuming things don’t get worse globally and Florida gets its act together soon.Yes it will be open for the 50th anniversary if they even have a 50th Anniv celebration.

Plus, they say there is a new vaccine available for the people who demanded it be available.
It sounds like a fair characterization of the major new attractions is something like:Yes it will be open for the 50th anniversary if they even have a 50th Anniv celebration.

Is that fair?
- Remy - Fall 2020
- Guardians - Spring/Summer 2021
- Tron - Summer/Fall 2021
- Play! -Fall/Winter 2021 or early 2022
I’m not sure I’d call that a new attraction. From what I’ve gathered on their progress to date, I’m not sure it will even close in 2021 let alone reopen. There will also be a Splash Mountain redo but given that they haven't even closed it yet I think we can assume it's not coming out by 2021?
This is golden.1. Ratatouille!
