Just in case anybody was wondering why I want a commercial kitchen tonight's dinner: Falafel made with herbs from my garden, tangerine brown rice, salad (marinating in a balsamic Dijon dressing)tomatoes, onions and green squash to be served over red leaf lettuce, an eggplant dish sort of like camponata but more Greek like in flavor and lemon cake

He's about 11 1/2 years old now, and acts very entitled. Perhaps his stubborn stance is the older dog's version of "get off my lawn!" :p

I’ve posted before how Belle is so skittish during t-storms and Ranger is oblivious.
The last time we had storms, they didn’t seem to phase Belle much at all, which was totally uncharacteristic. We were a bit baffled... :cyclops:
Early this mornin’ (5a-ish), we had some unexpected storms roll through, and Belle was back to her old self.
If I’m around during storms, she always comes straight to me. The 80lb. pup was sprawled across my stomach for about 1.5 hours, even a good 30 mins. after the storms had passed.
I finally had to move her so I could go to the potty...!!!!! :hilarious:

I know my dad got hamburgers. He'll be making them on the George Foreman Grill. There is going to be other stuff including salad, tater tots, and Watermelon flavored Jello.

So you are correct... I was talking about Trad. IRA and just saying that not all IRA's are not taxable. I know that every year I have to estimate my income and since at my age I am required to make withdrawals from my IRA I want to make sure that I am not going to have any tax liability because I don't have any tax taken out in advance.

No worries, as I’m not versed on it all either, but, unless something has changed, a Roth IRA doesn’t have to be earmarked for anything specific, from what I understand. At a certain point, you can also roll a 401K over into a Roth 401K.
As far as the RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) goes, you are correct, and you hafta’ be very careful, or the taxes will eat up your retirement savings quicker than you’ll need it for.

Yep, the HS football field is where we had our graduation back in 1980...!!!!! :eek::hilarious:
Class of 493, as we were the only HS in the district in a population explosion back then. There are now 7 HSs in our district...!!!!! :hilarious:

I'm so sad I didn't get to send him on the Behind the Seeds tour for his birthday last year!! I think he would have loved it. He certainly loved "Living with the Land".
