Well, their hands are kind of tied as well with restrictions. Who knows when PA will start to open again. Guess they just made that their goal.

Here’s the Chicken Maori I made tonight. It was very tasty so I’m glad I tried a new recipe. Hubs says it is definitely a make again. I also made a type of fried rice to go with it.

I made a half recipe of the sauce and I’m glad I did because even that was a lot.

Looks great, but man that is a LOT of ingredients for one sauce. It used to be that I would shy away from any recipe that had more than 5 ingredients. Now I think around 10 is my limit!

My mom had that cookbook too. I remember there were a lot of good recipes in there too. I think my sister has the copy that was my mom's I've thought about buying a copy from Amazon or Ebay, maybe now is the time. And the sauce was like a BBQ sauce but different than the regular BBQ we make or use.
