Why are you selling the car? Are you moving to the States and plan on buying an American car? :p

Oh, (somewhat unrelated) but since we're talking about cars --

There was a news story this morning about some teens who decided to steal two, new Lamborghini's from a dealership in my state. Around 3 AM this morning, they broke into the showroom and drove off in two of them. Because the morons couldn't drive, the car in the back rear-ended the one in the front at an intersection stop. Cops caught 3 of them, but a 4th idiot is still at large. So there you have it -- two Lambos in a crash. Dealer's sticker price on EACH car: $200,000!

Anyone want to play travel agent, please?

I’ve narrowed down to 2 resorts..

Hotel #1

Pros-

•Gorgeous tranquil decor.

•Participates in the Wave of Change movement.
- No plastics (cups, straws,etc)
- Responsible consumption of seafood.
-Coastal health

• Coral breeding grounds (which I think is amazing!!!!) I have to attach the additional info here, just because I’m absolutely thrilled that they’re doing this.

• Several restaurants, pools, activities, sports, and water sports.

CONS-

• Concierge section is Adult Only.

•Mini suites only

• “Ocean front” shown below, no jacuzzi or Bali bed on balcony -

• several restaurants, activities, sports, water sports. (Both resorts are equal here)

• Larger suites with better view, larger balcony jacuzzi on balcony

Cons-

•Outside of the concierge area the resort is HUGE.

•Is not ranked as highly as Hotel #1 on Forbes and Oyster 2020 travel lists.

•Not loving the decor and design,

There’s not too many to choose from for what I’m looking for..not with a kid. The one I booked last year checks every single box...but is a 15 minutes walk from room to beach, which I just don’t think makes sense for us. So I think the 2 above are our best bet if we choose the all inclusive over a cruise.

Oh I should add that both resorts are within a similar range price wise.

Club Med Punta Cana would be perfect, but out of my budget range.

That's a tough choice. The shared golf lesson, grounds to explore, sounding a bit kid friendlier and a few other items puts #2 just a smidge ahead in my book. Ratings give a general feel for a resort but never tell the whole story. Pics can also never tell the entire story either. Lighting can make a huge difference
