What's the most interesting to me is how different it is then my first trip in 1983. So many new buildings and housing. Some of the old still exist, but, they all seem to be abandoned. I remember seeing the old tobacco drying sheds along with falling down sharecropper houses along the way. Not anymore.
I seem to think that the only thing that changes on 95 down south are the South of the Border signs and the Glory canned good billboards.

That is another thing that has not only changed, but, have been numbered down. South of the Border signs have become a whole lot less clever and, dare I say, politically correct when no harm was ever intended just a play on words. Oh, well, they were always fun to read and in the days before GPS were really handy in knowing how far away we were from the north/south Carolina border.

That would be excellent news if true. Last trip some person had a stroller that would easily fit both my boys and it was for one child:eek:
But will this stop those soccer warrior moms (Mama luchonas in the mexican slang) with their double XXXXL armored super strollers from barreling their way while insisting its their right to enter with these monstrosities?

Have you payed attention to the abundance of Orange County Sheriffs and Disney security at entry points now?
