This is the first time since I was a kid where I went and bought all new clothes for vacation, meaning 5 of the same pair of capri pants (sorry for those of you out there who hate them, but they are just soooo comfy to me) and new earth shoes (my favorite brand). T-shirts I passed on because I still have some of those left.

Woot! for new clothes. I love capri pants, usually jeans. But being older I have to shop in the 'younger' departments for Capri's. If I look in the Ladies department the entire leg to the shin is much too wide, kinda a cropped off gaucho look, it isn't flattering. And likely why many people dislike them. I'm too short and I look ridiculous. Plus the fixation of embroidering fetish for Department Stores Women's Departments, what is that?

So I tend to look for Capri's in the teen area of stores that also sell midrise cause I'm too old for low rise jeans  but I like the cut of the legs that are sold in the younger departments.

Ended up going different suit-wise than I have in previous years. We just had a Lands End store open up, so I figure I can return it there if it doesn't fit...

Adjustable straps and larger cup sizes. Perfect for someone who's short and um, well endowed.

Yep, me. I really need to go 'shopping' there. We have a Lands End in our Sears store. Easy enough to return if it doesn't work out. Oddly the Outlet near my Mom's will not take anything back that was purchased from Sears Lands End but will take back from Lands End Stores in Mall. All so confusing.
