We're hearing all the devices have been accounted for, but, ultimately, ya' just never know.
I heard on the radio, on my way home from the office this evening, that the guy recorded about a 20-ish minute video on his phone that they found (not sure how the phone wasn't destroyed when he blew himself up?). Apparently, he knew they were onto him and it wasn't going to be long before they cornered him. I have yet to see the video/hear the audio, but, it's apparently just sheer nutsoville...
He described each device in detail, and apparently, he said there was no rhyme or reason, he just wanted to kill people (supposedly, he was also on some form of social media under the alias of Kelly Killmore).
He said he should feel bad, but, didn't, and apparently also said he wanted to end it all by blowing himself up inside a crowded McDonalds.
There is also talk about the authorities finding a laptop at his house that may have much more video footage of his entire treachery.
He supposedly also said he knew he was a psychopath...
Makes it all even more scary that there may be more and more freaks like this out there in the future.
My brain just cannot even come close to computing this level of insanity. Luckily, and fortunately, life goes on for most of the rest of us, but we're all still a bit numb.

So much to say about all this, but suffice to say, thank God it's over.

One thought though, as I reading the above, was something I've heard down through the years. "Some" of these twisted losers who commit heinous crimes like this, basically want to be caught. It's kinda like they're somewhat conflicted in that they want to kill, etc., but know they're out of control, and (on some level) want to put the brakes on--but can't. Hence, they let others (law enforcement) do the dirty work for them. Many go out in a blaze of glory (in their minds) by killing themselves before they get killed, while others choose death by cop. Mind blown on all of this.

I wear Merrell hiking shoes a lot and they take years to wear down. I wore them at every day for at least five years before i had to replace the last ones.

My daughter was 39.25" at her three year checkup (with socks but no shoes). She was 21" long when she was born though so we knew she'd be tall.

Her baby cousin was born yesterday at only 7 lbs 6 ounces and 20" which makes him the runt of the litter :hilarious::hilarious: We make big babies.

My sister was 4”11 when she graduated high school 😂. She retired from gymnastics that year, and then grew during her freshman year of college, now she’s a little under 5”1.
Her husband is actually only 5”11. My niece is way on the low end of height and weight..but the doctors aren’t worried.. she just takes after her mom.
I’m 5’7, my brother is 6’3. I don’t know how my sister ended up so much shorter than us.lol. My mom used to put a bun in her hair to try and make her tall enough for rides.:cautious:

My oldest is 4'11" right now and she is 16. So I guess there is hope for her. Actually she had a bone age scan done a few weeks ago and the doctor said she could reach 5'3". :)

Well someone must have known he was like this. I wonder if he ever had seen a psychiatrist. Glad this incident is over at least.

No question, the roof of my neighbor was ripped off, so much came off, I thought it was my roof. I was outside looking at the debris and seeing if that was my house.

Still waiting on the insurance to see how much the damage is.

I hope for her sake she does. I'm 5 feet tall. Sometimes I'm out with my tall friends and feel like I'm out for a walk with my mommy. And my arms are so short that I'm carrying stuff, and people are like "Wow, do you need help? You're carrying a lot." No, I'm not carrying a lot; I'm just tiny so it seems that way. 🙄

The other day I was working in my cube, content as could be...and all the sudden, my monitors turned off (not the computer itself since it's a laptop) and my heater and my lamp turned off. Cube lost power at as did the cube next to me. The rest of our area was fine, so we called maintenance to have them fix it. They fixed one outlet but not the other before I left for the day. The next time I was in, they were both fine.

Then today, I'm working...monitors turn off again. The woman next to me says "Did you also lose power?" Yup. But just to the one outlet. My lamp was still on. So I crawled under my desk and moved my power strip to the other outlet.

The ironic part is that the outlet that wasn't working the other day...is now the one that's working. 🙄

Well, I could be annoyed or amused over this, so I'll choose to be amused. Wastes less energy.

Well I am just 5’2” . I know what you mean about how you feel like a little kid when you are around tall people.
