Contrary to popular belief, the entire state of Florida isn't a sinkhole or swamp. I'm sure they'll have located the stations and transfers in areas where you wouldn't need ridiculously deep anchors for the foundationThey need to carry the weight of the cable from halfway between the next tower/station on either side of it, plus the weight of any gondolas and passengers on that portion of cable. The weight is applied at an angle to the station if that station is a turning station (like the one being discussed here). I'm sure the capability of the foundations is significantly higher to compensate for variability and the unknown.
