I thought, "What a cute dress for a formal." then I see everyone call it ugly.I'd still buy it, it's something you don't see often. (And perhaps a majority of my wardrobe is black.) Different strokes for different folks as the saying goes.

Amen.Friend, that is a lot of work for me. I'm here to have a bit of light fun. Having to parse someones post to figure out what is real and what is a joke or an exaggeration is a lot to ask.
I absolutely agree and wanted to say something but didn't want to stir the pot but since you did, I'll comment. My best male friend is a native Aussie. "That's absolutely ridiculous." is the only comment he made while shaking his head. Then he went on to say, "The government is different, the currency is different, the culture is different, the mindset of the people is different, we don't even fly the same !$@#! flag."Touchy subject.
But hey, Cubans speak Spanish so they should become a part of Mexico?![]()

Me too.Lets analyze this photo to determine the most popular device. Android or Apple. The first thing I noticed was all the devices being held in the air, hands up.
I hate call center jobs..not for me. One type of job I would never want. But always after interviews, I feel depressed. I'm not sure why.
Disney vacation, listening to songs or anything like that...doesn't make me happy anymore
Spitt'n annoyed.
If you want to be the Commander be respectful to those you lead.
Rant over.
Sometimes you cope with things in whatever way it works. If you get to wrapped up in the emotion and drama you will burn out very quickly. There is nothing wrong with an attitude that on the surface seems to by uncaring, when caring is actually happening. It's when everyone sits there and does nothing that a problem exists.
If they have found a way to psychologically cope with the crap that is thrown at them, then my hat remains off to them. It is obvious that Soarin' Over is not equipped with the type of temperament that is required to deal with that stuff day after day. That's OK, as I said, not everyone can do that. But those people are in there grudgingly or masking their real feelings, and making a difference to those most needing it. That should be commendable.
Well, we will have to just agree to disagree on this one.I disagree. By her post how she was verbally abused and how they verbally abused patients, I can't agree that this was commendable even if they did some good it doesn't IN MY MIND excuse the behavior of abuse. I don't believe any employee should be equipped to take that from their coworkers.
Yeah, that seems kinda rude.
Mapple Bacon?
I actually loved that place. They had some shrimp with heavy ham in a creamy sauce, loved it!At Port Orleans Riverside they have the sit down restaurant called the Boatwright. Not my favorite restaurant by far but they have a real good Jambalaya, I believe theirs is served with rice though vs noodles which is more traditional.
Bonfamilles a former Table Service at Port Orleans Resort (now French Quarter) had this Jambalaya prior to the post 9/11 lengthy shut down of PO. When PO came back online the two resorts were merged. and one became the French Quarter and the other Riverside (prior Dixie Landings.) At this time only Boatwright remained and Bonfamilles was boarded up, literally. The seating area, booths, everything still remains intact inside that restaurant and the kitchen became a test kitchen for Disney Chefs. The Jambalaya Bonfamilles signature meal was moved over to the Boatwright.
