Well to start with..In 1776, America celebrated its Independance from the United Kingdom,not England..Now being a proud Scot and hoping that we get Independance from UK,I have been fortunate to visit 6 states in the good old USA..New York..Illinois..Vermont..California..Nevada..and of course Florida..My favourite is Florida.( for obvious reasons ) Happy Independance America..

America gained its independence from Great Britain in 1776. The United Kingdom came into being when GB annexed Ireland in 1801.
