That photo was taken at the new character spot in Epcot
It's in Character Connections It's at the same place those characters were before, they just changed the backgrounds and stuff and that is why it's new

My sister in law ( who interns at Disney) and my daughter. I can be seen skulking around to the right. This was taken at MGM this past May.
This picture is amazing... and worth a million bucks!!! Look at the happiness in this child's eyes! Of course it is likely caused by love of the photographer or a silly face but if I worked for Disney's PR dept I'd work like the devil to get some rights to it!
