Do you think she should have had bangs? Maybe that would have helped. The dwarfs and Rachel's hairstyle are the worst things about this movie and should be hidden as much as possible.
I think she should have had shoulder length hair and maybe some curls.Do you think she should have had bangs? Maybe that would have helped.
That would have definitely made her look a bit more updated.I think she should have had shoulder length hair and maybe some curls.
The burden is on the supplier to adjust to the customers needs. Pretty simpleCorrect… it is a relationship…. And if your partner does not make you happy anymore…. You break up… unless you are addicted to the toxic relationship
If enough people move on…. Maybe said company will change course
To me, my relationship with Disney is 100% pure transactional. I have DEEPLY loved their products ever since I was 12 years old and since then I have spent massive amounts of money on Disney products because of that. Disney used to make EXCELLENT products. In recent years, I have not enjoyed their products and I have drastically cut the money I used to spend because of that reason.Or you can vent about what’s bothering you and salvage what’s an otherwise good relationship.
Disney is like the husband who’s leaving his clothes on the floor, leaving the toothpaste cap off, not taking the trash to the curb, etc. Nothing that’s divorce worthy but annoying as heck to his partner none the less.
If everyone got a divorce the second their partner did something that bothered them there wouldn’t be a single married couple left on the planet.
Finally! The burden is on the supplier to adjust to the customers needs. Pretty simple
And if they don’t try and the “break up” happens…that’s on THEM and it’s bad management
The common threads are probably that they love acting…or just have a talent for it…and they enjoy the recognition and more money than Elon could blow in a week…Totally agree. The point I was making, and I get it, I don't know what's for sure going through their mind. Is that the overwhelming majority got into it for the fame and lifestyle. That doesn't mean I think they don't love acting. But I can't see many wanting the scrutiny and lack of privacy and all that goes with it unless they want the fame and lifestyle. I'm sure there's some because it's never everyone or no one.
This is well-said. No one should be spending money on something that makes them unhappy. To me, my relationship with Disney is 100% pure transactional. The money I spend on Disney is directly based on how much I desire their products. I have no "loyalty" to Burbank and Burbank certainly has no loyalty to me as a customer.
Simply said: If Burbank makes something I'm attracted to, I'll buy it. If they don't?...I'll spend my money elsewhere.
That is the only relationship I have with Burbank.
There is much more emphasis on work-life balance these days than there used to be - at least from my observations and experience. The common threads are probably that they love acting…or just have a talent for it…and they enjoy the recognition and more money than Elon could blow in a week…
What doesn’t wash is younger, not well established actors don’t want the last parts…
If they don’t want it…they kinda semi-retire like Julia stiles or Kiera nightly did of sorts back in their days. Jodie foster comes to mind as well. Daniel day Lewis.
Is Daisy sitting under a tree reading Shakespeare now?
…she could be
I don’t think I’ve ever waffled on this stance…Finally!
The vast majority of us have no problem not spending money on things like movies that don’t make us happy, and that’s becoming a problem for Disneys box office. This is well-said. No one should be spending money on something that makes them unhappy.
So Daisy Ridley and everybody’s favorite niece Halle are on sabatical now? There is much more emphasis on work-life balance these days than there used to be - at least from my observations and experience.
There is this old, worn-out saying: "Get Woke, go broke".
This notion has been peddled for several years now we have thoroughly debunked it on these forums over and over again. Disney does NOT need to be concerned with this phrase and it's idea because it has been 100% proven wrong. Disney should not and will not be altered by any fear of this silly idea.
The new thing now is: "Snow White is going to flop because it's Woke". I'm certain this is FAR from the case. "Snow White" was the character that started the Disney studios and is very much an evergreen IP. The movie is going to be a huge success. Even if it slips a little bit, it won't be because it's "Woke". It will more likely be because of where they placed it in the spring movie season. This should have been marketed in the summer "blockbuster" months with a higher marketing budget. Even still, this movie is going to be an excellent box office performer.
We really need to end this "Get Woke, go broke" trope that somehow just won't dei. It's insulting and just not factually true in 2025.
…ummmI know, I miss Buddy too!
I hope he's doing well, wherever he is. Talk about a guy who could spark conversation!
So we should just leave, huh?The vast majority of us have no problem not spending money on things like movies that don’t make us happy, and that’s becoming a problem for Disneys box office.
That’s a completely different topic than saying we don’t like Disney though, most of us still love the parks, DCL, the resorts, and even many of the movies, we just dislike many of the individual decisions the company is making.
Please don’t say it more than once…it could be a candyman type thingOkay I’ll bite. Who’s buddy?
Okay?….Please don’t say it more than once…it could be a candyman type thing
Going further, nobody should spend money and be loyal to a brand because they used to make products you loved in the past. Those days are long gone. This is well-said. No one should be spending money on something that makes them unhappy.
