This is the newest one he’s on. He seems to really enjoy it. I’ve never seen it. He saw Dr. Doofen whatever his name is on another show on Disney + and liked that character so much that he asked me what show he’s from. I had to look it up. Same thing happened with Bill Cypher. He saw him on another show and asked where he was from.
Kids got taste

I’m going to put it on for my son and watch an episode with him one of these days. It appears that he has a new taste in movies / tv shows. He’s 9 now and instead of watching Disney or Pixar movies he marathoning shows like Phineas n Ferb, Cricket Greens and Gravity Falls. He’s hit his “Saturday Morning” cartoon / Disney Afternoon era. Ducktales might be right up his alley.
I think you will really enjoy it especially if you’re nostalgic for the Disney afternoon

It’s possible. Still wouldn’t want them touching Roger though. The odds of any ride created by current Disney with its current crop of imagineers being better than 80s n 90s Disney/ WDI is a loooooooong shot.

Agreed that they shouldn’t touch car toon spin although personally I don’t have a problem with “current WDI”

Those sound like cool ideas, I don't know how to feel about Kim Possible replacing Indiana Jones because I really like the Stunt Spectacular as it is, but most of these are cool. I think maybe like a Family coaster for Phineas and Ferb would be cool, something smaller than Slinky but bigger than Barn Stormer'

Edit: Sorry I just had to add it in but I forgot.

I could probably do better but I’m only really familiar with phineas and ferb and ducktales I haven’t seen the others. Yet

You know I was thinking about the phineas and ferb topiaries coming to Epcot and I thought wouldn’t it be nice if they used more Disney Channel stuff in the parks a ducktales ride seems like a shoe in for toontown at Disneyland and Hollywood Studios (yes I know one was going to replace Roger rabbit at one point but I was more along the lines of a duckberg themed expansion)
Back in the 90s, Disneyland did have the Disney Afternoon Avenue where ToonTown is now. It came across as rather cheap and bland for the most part. While it would be interesting to see if they can do it again but better, I don't know how many outside of a minority would be interested in a 2000s-10s version of the same thing.

If they do anything trying to expand ToonTown to include Duckberg would be all I would want.

I’m thinking bigger than afternoon avenue

Yeah but like I said would there be a large enough market for a 2000s-2010s Disney Afternoon type land again? I just don't know if there are that many people that would have enough nostalgia for it. It just seems like something that would come off as cheap and bland again, as I don't know how you would do it beyond something similar to what was already done in the 90s version, but that is just my opinion.

Specific properties like Gravity Falls and such would be interesting as a mini-land, like to take over the Redwood Challenge Trail. But beyond that for properties like Phineas and Ferb, outside of an attraction there isn't anything interesting to do as its a cityscape background. So that type of property doesn't lend itself to an interesting land in my opinion.

Anyways, head over to the Imagineering forum and have at all the different ideas you can come up with for it. I'm sure many in that forum will join in on creating a land for such an idea. :)

Yes I know it’s niche but it’s something I can’t help but dream up the point I was trying to make was so many amazing and amazing looking shows are overlooked except for the occasional topiary or character meet and greet I totally think phineas and ferb is popular enough for a star tours retheme

And that is why there is the Imagineering forum, to discuss all your ideas for projects you dream up. :)
I posted a more fleshed out star tours retheme in the star tours thread of your interested but yes I will take it over there at some point I have a lot of ideas and it would take a lot of discipline so I probably won’t do it for a while agent h is out! Peace!
