Yeah but like I said would there be a large enough market for a 2000s-2010s Disney Afternoon type land again? I just don't know if there are that many people that would have enough nostalgia for it. It just seems like something that would come off as cheap and bland again, as I don't know how you would do it beyond something similar to what was already done in the 90s version, but that is just my opinion.
Specific properties like Gravity Falls and such would be interesting as a mini-land, like to take over the Redwood Challenge Trail. But beyond that for properties like Phineas and Ferb, outside of an attraction there isn't anything interesting to do as its a cityscape background. So that type of property doesn't lend itself to an interesting land in my opinion.
Anyways, head over to the Imagineering forum and have at all the different ideas you can come up with for it. I'm sure many in that forum will join in on creating a land for such an idea.
