Speaking of moving things, what could happen to the Sue skeleton? Donated to a local museum?IIRC, they’re going to move the crocodile to a nearby zoo before construction begins.

Probably archived in California. The original is already in a museum.Speaking of moving things, what could happen to the Sue skeleton? Donated to a local museum?
Yes, but not one in Florida lol.Probably archived in California. The original is already in a museum.
Beautifully said! 100%I wish that they announced some of the animal exhibits coming, but man does this land look gorgeous.
I am ecstatic that they went in this direction. It feels like such a natural progression for the park and gives AK exactly what it needs to thrive well into the future.
A brand new indoor family E-ticket. Bringing out the headliner Dinosaur is meant to be. Fixing the resort's ugliest land. And it’s all on theme too, diversifying the park’s offerings in gorgeous fashion.
Win.
I thought Encanto was being described as a D ticket. Did something change? I mean with making the ride better, not Disney trying to oversell it as something it isn't (like they did with Mermaid).I wish that they announced some of the animal exhibits coming, but man does this land look gorgeous.

According to the current rumors, definitely not a boat ride. Omnimover seems plausible though. They have missed a massive opportunity with encanto and not to do a Mystic Manor type dark ride. i feel another boat ride is lazy.
Ah ok, we’ll see then. The images to me looked like a boat ride.According to the current rumors, definitely not a boat ride. Omnimover seems plausible though.

Disney often makes use of aspects of fast-track project delivery which overlaps construction with the design phases. There’s all sorts of work that can be done without design work being complete.Smoke seems to indicate omni? It's difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone, which is odd because their design work has to be done or close to it to be breaking ground in the coming weeks.
It's been said that the attraction will take place on the day Antonio got his power - that's it. That doesn't automatically mean the whole attraction will focus on animals. Fifty-percent chance Antonio and his animals will only be the focus of the finale and the majority of the ride will focus on the other characters and their rooms. I'd be shocked if they didn't shoehorn in any of the songs from the movie. Does Antonio have a song? Is it as popular as "We Don't Talk About Bruno"?The presentation was very clear and direct in how it addressed the criticism about IJ and Encanto not fitting DAK. They went out of the way to mention the animal aspects for the rides.
I bet the latter.Place your bets now, will these animals be actual animatronics or limited motion 'Wobble back and forth' figures, ala Bayou Adventure?

After seeing the finale of TBA, I wonder if many of those figures will be screens.I bet the latter.
