Your First Disney Ride?

Someone else mentioned it on one of the boards and it made me think about what was the first ride,show, or attraction you went on, the first time you went to WDW? As I thought about it a little bit, my first ride was the Jungle Cruise when I was 8 years old. Riding it thirty years later I don't think anything has changed, including the script.

Pirates at Disneyland. I was in LA for a week for work and my girlfriend at the time went with me specifically so we could do Disney as I had never been to any of the parks. Even at 30, I was impressed beyond words by all the intricate work done for the ride.

I don't remember. That's kind of sad. I was 9, guess I'll need to ask my parents if they remember.

I belive my first ride was POTC on my Honeymoon, June, 2000.

I was 6 years old on my first trip in 1996, and our first ride was The Living Seas.

I'm not sure. I was very young the first time I visited. The first ride I remember going on was the first JII.

Spaceship Earth. The old one. With Walter Cronkite and Tomorrow's Child.

I was afraid it was going to be a scary ride (like a coaster or something) because I couldn't wrap my head around how Disney was an amusement park but the rides were, well, different.

I think I cried during Tomorrow's Child.

It still holds a very special place in my heart. When I was in the College Program and began to feel burnt out by the long hours, rude guests, and missing home, I would go to EPCOT and ride SE and why I was there and why I loved Disney would make suddenly sense again.

Man, my parents took me when I was 3 the first time, and of course I don't rememder that trip too much. But the first ride I remember going on was Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. I think I was about 5 or 6 years old. Still miss it to this day.

Mine was either Pirates of the Carribbean or the Haunted Mansion! The haunted mansion ROCKS!

Couldn't tell ya. I was six months old. I would guess "If you had wings" since it is in Tomorrowland and it was free back then.

I was a baby for my first ride but the first rides I can remember are Horizons, and the TL speedway.

i was in 3rd grade and my first ride was "honey i shrunk the audience" and it scared the crap out of me. i was terrified to ride any other 3D ride while we were there. even muppets! i closed my eyes the whole time.

im still scared of it and i'm 21 years old! and i hate its tough to be a bug too! last time i rode it a 5 year old was bawling in front of me and i thought "kid, i dont blame you!"

i was scared to ride almost anything that trip because my first ride scared me so much.

but now i've learned to love disney and i avoid HISTA at all costs. haha.

We went to Disneyland in the 70's. I remember my brother and I on Pirates and Country Bears.

I was a baby, so I can't say for sure. The first one I remember is Dumbo.

I'm pretty sure my first ride was CoP. I really can't remember my first trip all that well but I'm pretty sure it was CoP.

Let's see.....my first trip was when I was 6, in 1986. My younger brother was 18 months. I'm fairly certain we rode the Fantasyland dark rides first thing. I can't say which one, but I'm sure we started there.

The first one that I remember was PotC. It is probably why it is one of my favorites to this day.

My first ride was Dumbo back in 84 or 85? My mom actually has the picture in a frame on the wall still. I also remember the 20000 leagues under the sea ride. I wish that one would come back.
