I prefer option B, because it best encompasses everything one can do here.

Examples:

The most magical golfing on earth.
The most magical massage on earth.
The most magical shopping on earth.
The most magical dining on earth.
The most magical fireworks on earth.
The most magical laundromat on earth.

OR

The vacation kingdom.

It sounds like a bad campground in Kissimmee.

I swear, all this cheap "branding" crap is making me want to find a new favorite destination and challenge the accredidation of every B-school across the nation. :hurl:

Maybe they can bring back the old WDW logo since The Vacation Kingdom of the World is making a return? Something about it just gives off a sense of childlike innocence, much better than the corporate look that adorns all our archways now. It was just so uniquely WDW, much like the gothic logo that Disneyland brought back.

Well, you can always see it in Spectromagic!

What, the Big "D"? Eh, I always thought it looked very "Grandma's Kitchen" 70's-ish... Besides, its still in Spectromagic if you want to get a picture

That was a copyright issue in Britain. A producer of ographic movies had already copyrighted that slogan. And no, I am not making that up. :ROFLOL:

But that's not why Disney is dropping this campaign. That article was posted in March; Disney simply changed the wording.

The cancellation has much more to do with the failed Disney Parks brand than anything else. And yes, I am grateful to John Lasseter for his hatred of brand dilution.

Most people aren't even aware of the prizes, but the Pirate and princess party will be part of the YOAMD. I believe it will end in September, with the beginning of the Halloween party and the big holiday season. The prizes are not going to end this year, the Cinderella Suite and other prizes will continue daily for a long time to come. I don't expect WDW to remove banners until September 10th, but DL is a different story. Expect DL to start removing stuff shortly, but they'll be renting the Mickey Mouse Penthouse after January 1st.

The mouse-eared globe needs to come back, though. That symbol is timeless, and is a much better identifier than the same "Walt Disney" marquee that's slapped on everything the company makes.

You know I actually agree with you. I do love the old logo and I'm very glad it's on the sleeve of my retro Epcot T-shirt, but it does look very 70's-ish. And I think the current Walt Disney World logo with the signature font is perfect.

The mouse-eared globe needs to come back, though.

Now that is different. I agree with this too.

::Marks day in calendar::

I love Mission Space, the new Submarine Voyage at Disneyland and I don't mind the Hat at MGM either  Yeah that just happened.

See what happens when you group someone into a specific group simply because they don't agree with EVERY SINGLE change that occurs at the resort?

I don't agree with Dream Along With Mickey taking away my ability to walk through the castle for nine hours a day

There, I said it... I'm not proud... but I disagree with something Disney has done recently

Attention, World:

Your time here has come to an end. The unthinkable has happened. The fat lady is singing, and all will be destroyed.
