^^^ThisSympathy like to you and Sans Souci. I'm up earlier, but it's only because I haven't switched over my internal clock to getting up an hour later. But, that's o.k. too. Gives me more time to play on here before I go to work.
Was just reading in another thread that someone mentioned if you exercise more during the day, you'll sleep like a rock at night. So, maybe try to get in more activity each day? Might be worth a try.
The time change still has me a bit more off than usual so a cup of apple cinnamon tea will do until I get hungry and make an apple green smoothie
I may even put some apple in my salad at lunch seeing I seemed to have cornered the market
