Good morning it's raining buckets, barrels here. Cats and dogs would be a mere sprinkle compared to what I'm getting now. So no out door walk for me today. But I did 5 indoor miles already and I'm heading out shopping. Mostly window shopping but my legs will be moving! LOL I'm also going to check out a farmer's market today, as I've just learned they have quite a few vendors offering local organic produce. Maybe I'm coming home broke after all! LOL Seeing it's a dreary day I'm going green today. Just had a cup of ginger green tea (yes I'm still using fresh ginger) and I made a batch of "mean green smoothie" kale, cucumber (from my garden) celery and green apple, to take on the road with me. Dinner will depend on what I find at the farmer's market. I hope all of you have a fabulous weekend and are well and moving. @93boomer hope you're doing better! xoxo

Just a bit worried what Figgy is going to do with a Local farmer

She'll ask if his Zucchini is organic and how big it is....I went to our local fruit market one Friday and was admiring how fresh and ripe the Gala Melons were..So I said to the women behind the stall.."Lovely Melons" to which she replied " Why thank you kind Sir."

Good morning!! Well yes and no! I had to go to urgent care the pain was so bad. Good news no tears or breaks. A tendon not allowing my arm to go up. So on pain meds and anti inflammatory meds. So I am resting and waiting on it to work. No exercise for me for a bit At least I like to read!!
DH doing meals. And everything else.
