Hello-

I am in with a long walk in glorious 77 degree weather and a kettle bell workout. I was out walking in shorts! In February! I noticed all the flowers starting to poke through the dirt and buds on trees. ☺️

Alas, it all goes back to normal tomorrow, but Spring is on the horizon.
Same here another shorts day:joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull::joyfull: Seeing last night was my dh's first night back on the overnight shift I didn't get much sleep. It's going to be a zen and early night for me. I love when it's warm enough for a raw food day:inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove:

I loved the warmer weather of the past two days, but dang, it brings out all the creepy-crawlies.

I found two stink bugs in my bedroom and gave them a water burial without squishing them (so they won't "spray"). Then there was a third that came out at bed time and my husband stayed up past midnight trying to catch it. We have a tray ceiling with lights over the bed and it flew into the recessed part where the light was. So, my husband got a chair and a mirror to try to locate the bug. Then he stood on the bed. At one point, he thought he caught it, but when he went to flush it, there was nothing in the container. :hilarious: He gave up and I had a hard time falling asleep knowing this stench-causing creature was above my bed. I had one crawl up my leg in the middle of the night once and I didn't know what it was. I grabbed it and tried to throw it, but it sprayed my hand with stinkiness. 🤢 My hand burned afterwards, too, even though I washed it throughly straight away.

Yuck!!!! I hate those things and they stink so bad. Don’t you love that they always come out when you’re going to bed.
We are starting to have ladybugs come out too. But, those I catch and put outside.

Lucky you have never been caught in a ladybug swarm. I know they are not harmful, but it was a bit unnerving
to see a picture window completely covered in ladybugs.

The warm is officially gone for now 33, raining, school is closed again:banghead: (the right call seeing how dangerous even a one degree drop would be and I heard a few people saying it's icy by them). I squeezed in 5 LS miles before getting anybody up and will squeeze in a practice in a bit. Tonight's dinner salad with carrot, ginger, garlic dressing and vegan sushi:hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry:

I would love to have lady bugs over stink bugs. Stink bugs fly around like they've had too much to drink and they buzz so loudly, too. I keep finding their carcasses on and around my bed. Gross.:depressed:

This weather is crazy. It's not quite that cold down here, but it's definitely a far cry from yesterday. It was raw and rainy. 👎🏻
