Gotta say this turned out better than expected, especially using the less sodium soy sauce. I put the eggs in too early, but that is easily fixed next time. Will be doing this again.

So this griddle talk inspired me to come home this evening and make shrimp fried rice on the Blackstone griddle. Turned out very good, but it got dark on me before I was finished. Here is the step-by-step cook. Oh, @93boomer I used Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce and it was good, but still 610mg per tablespoon, so I used very little.

Looks delicious! (minus the shrimp for me)

I like how you can find the silver lining to rain and accumulating leaves. My wife is the same way, a glass half full kinda person like you. Me, I am more of a paper cup with a hole in it kinda person.
That's sweet of you to say but I was being very serious. I saw a few flakes mixed with my rain yesterday. My paper cup had the whole bottom cut out. The only flake out in rain should be me:D

Good Friday afternoon!! Had a busy week and next week is even busier! Time flies by these days! I have been getting way over my 11,000 steps each day. My norm is between 14,000 and 18,000. When I first started, I thought 10,000 was hard to get in- not any more.
I am pretty much doing YWA on YouTube right now. It helps with stress so much. Weights will have to wait.
Going to get the flu shot and pneumonia shot tomorrow. Other than that, pretty much relaxing this weekend.
Hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend!

I read that first as " My mom is between..." I was thinking " Wow, your mom is doing really well!" HA!
I haven't been able to accurately record my exercise because my cracker doesn't record biking. But I'm definitely getting my exercise.

DS's new school is about the best thing for my exercise ever. His school is now 30 minutes away by bike, so even though Hubs takes him and his bike by car in the morning, I have to ride there to pick him up and then ride home. So that's an hour biking each day. Add that to my 3 times a week working and walking 4 hours each time, and taking DS to his therapy by bike, and taking DD to musical theater lessons and picking her up...I'm getting a ton of exercise. Let's hope it leads to some weightloss!!!
