Happy Farm Market and errand running Saturday. I'm hoping to get a curry made tonight. Time will tell. YWA done and I have a feeling I may need to meditate tonight, my sleep cycle is off
Do you have a specific pattern for meditation? I think I need to do some too...I haven't slept well for about 2 weeks. I'm stressed and I'm having to work evenings because I have DS at home, so I can't work in the daytime. So I'm up early to get DD ready for school, and then I'm working until 11 at night and it's hard to wind down and sleep when I get home. My whole schedule is thrown off and when I DO sleep, I have nightmares. I'm just so so tired.

Nothing specific. I go you youtube and find one of either Adrienne's or psychetruth and do whatever I have time for. Right now I'm not having trouble sleeping I'm having trouble finding time to sleep:mad:Have you tried chamomile tea?

No....I hate tea, so I only drink it if I'm absolutely desperate when I have throat issues.

Happy cooking day:confused: YWA done, I did the one he posted this morning:joyfull: I tried the new or at least new at my Aldi dressing called Maple by Simply. A bit too sweet for me but I'm glad I got an extra bottle because it will be perfect for Thanksgiving. It has a bit of sugar but no artificial gunk. Aldi also greatly increased their gf department:inlove:

Good morning YWA and walking with the sun. Seeing I have enough lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, carrots and cukes for an army lots of salads this week:hungry::hungry::hungry::hungry: I may even go raw today because I also got a lot of broccoli so broclisalw may be my dinner unless it's nippier than expected then broccoli curry soup:hungry:

Good afternoon. Ran out to do grocery shopping this morning. It is a bit chilly here and windy. Very, very fall-ish today. Walking may have to be inside since it is so gusty. I need to bring in my mandevilla bush tonight. We have patchy frost tonight and tomorrow night in the forecast. I planted the mandevilla for Chloe-kitty when she passed in June. So, I don't want to lose it. :)
Dinner is grilled salmon and roasted veggies.

Good morning so far a Leslie Sansone day for me and it may stay a walking day I've been doing a ton of yoga lately and am feeling it with the change in weather. I'm making broccoli soup but not sure if I want to go the curry or more of a "cream" of route. I'm also making a tray of roast veggies. Whose bright idea was it to corner the salad fixings market:cautious::coldfeet::confused::cold::coldfeet::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Good walking weather this evening. 63 degrees, beautiful blue sky, low humidity. Did about three miles and wished I had more time to keep on going. Local weather reports say we may have a warmer and drier winter than normal due to La Niña. Warmer and drier means more winter walking.

Yea! I'm hearing the same thing for up here and keeping my fingers crossed. I stayed in walked and cooked today. it's low fat day (more carbs than usual so almost no fat) Homemade baked gnocchi from scratch(mine sans daiya), I made a large pot of sauce so I made some pasta for later use and brocclislaw and salad. oops almost forgot made sauteed broccoli for the guys. The kitchen is cleaned up, the boys fed, well at least firsts:cautious: and I'm going to have time for a bath and relaxation yoga:joyfull: Not a bad day when hiding from the thankfully short lived cold weather:joyfull:

Good morning! Yay glad to hear about the drier winter. I really like walking outdoors.
Today it is 34 and scattered frost again. High is 65. Glad the warmer temps are headed back!
Using the crockpot again to make beef stew for dinner.

Good morning just some kickboxing and light weights before we headed out for some walking then flu shots. My dh and weren't able to get ours, only people with medical conditions or seniors for the next couple of weeks where we went. My older ds was with us and got his. Autism counted as a medical condition but celiac didn't go figure:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

That is ridiculous! I mean, I know I'm new to this Autism thing, but...does it involve a weakened immune system?

Calm down the person who was giving the shots is also a school nurse so I'm sure she was just worried about a melt down. My ds is as healthy as a horse.
@Songbird76 mine too. You might have to worry about some GI issues, but no immune system issues. BUT...because of the autism, your DS might not handle getting sick as well, so that may have been the reason Figgy's DS was able to get one.

I didn't have avocado in my breakfast this morning like I usually do. I usually put it on toast during the week or in my eggs on weekends.

Now I'm paying. :depressed: Salad with avocado for dinner tonight. Didn't realize how much my body has come to depend on it since I started eating it every day back in June.
