I have been close to subscribing there myself, but then I remind myself I've yet to come across a BB instructor who wasn't obnoxious. I think I am the only person in the world who can't stand Tony Horton. A total "Gaston" is there ever was one.
No you're not alone and yes a total Gaston!

Hello-

Today is a flexibility day. I found a Yin Yoga practice on You Tube that I am going to do just before I retire for the evening. I usually fall asleep when I do Yin Yoga and this practice is 85 minutes. I'll see if I can make through without falling asleep. :hilarious:

Other than that, I'm just making my final shopping list for Thanksgiving dinner. It is only the three of us this year, so it should a fairly easy day.

Good morning, sort of. I did do #SOS today was single sided strength (a heavy weight working one side at a time) Seeing it's both cold and windy (most likely no outside walking today:(:(:()I may do a couple of more #s(the next 2 are short) so I can finish the program early or maybe pop in a LS DVD. I'll see what I'm in the mood for later. I have some cooked quinoa so I may have some for breakfast or put it in my salad at lunch time tonight's dinner will be sweet potato soup and a salad or collards(they were really nice and the farmer was almost giving them away so I may have gotten just a bit much)

Cooler and quite windy over the weekend. Amazing how many leaves fell. We cannot even see the yard. When the wind eases up I will be spending a lot of time leaf blowing. Just as distressing, most of our leaves have not even dropped yet.
Of, course, I complain about all the leaves for a month or so, but that is the trade off to living in the woods. And I'll take living in a rural area, with no neighbor in sight, buried in leaves.

I have a lot of oaks and maples in my back yard and they were stripped bare by the winds this weekend. I don't know where the leaves went, but they're not in the yard. LOL

It was so windy, there is a bunch of oak leaves up against the French doors that open to a balcony in my bedroom, some leaves were driven under the door and into my bedroom. Crazy!

Now those are some good leaves that fall and blow away at the same time!
Sounds like you had some really strong winds. Ours was not that bad.

Speaking of colder, that is a good time for warm, comfort food. I made an incredible Brunswick stew yesterday since we had plenty of leftover stuff in the freezer. I love Brunswick stew and this one turned out very good.

Looks good. Bet it is better than some I've tried. My FIL made some, and I couldn't eat it. Yuck!

Yummy!! I have oats every morning with a spoonful of nut butter and either bananas or frozen blueberries and chia seeds.

I put some frozen blueberries in a bowl of cereal the other day. It made the milk very cold, which I like, and added a good flavor too. The purple milk at the bottom of the bowl was kinda odd looking, but tasty.
