I'm a figsicle. :cold::coldfeet: At least I got in 5 miles but I thought I'd freeze to death at 50 degrees, I'm going to be in big trouble this weekend if the weather dude is right:coldfeet::cold::coldfeet::cry::arghh::mad::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry: I'm hoping he's wrong very wrong. The good thing about not having a working television this morning was I couldn't watch him live. I would have wound up throwing something at the tv:hilarious:

It is 72 degrees here right now but they are saying we might get down to the 40s or 50s this weekend.

Hello-

I am in with a Les Mills GRIT cardio workout from one of the many streaming sites I subscribe to, but forget I pay for.

Wow, it was challenging, but I feel good for doing it. This was a step up from what I had been doing. I do love Fitness Blender, but their cardio workouts are not for me. I don't know if it's the way they sequence them, but I never get heart rate up like you should for a hiit workout. There are so many different types of workouts on this website, yoga, spinning, hiit, kickboxing, strength training. I think at the beginning of each week, I will create a rotation for myself and put in my calendar. Because that's what I really need. Otherwise, I will sit there and judge the merits and shortcomings of each workout until enough time has passed that I could have done a workout.

This is sad. I was so excited about this little dog for you. Takes a special person to bring home a dog with a disability like that. But as others have mentioned, there will be another dog that will desperately need your loving care. I have a feeling that another dog will "find" you, very, very soon . . .

Thanks. I was excited. I started putting things in an Amazon cart for her; baby gates to keep her from falling down the stairs, scented toys, squeaky toys, etc. :)

I think I might wait until after the Holidays now. This time of year always starts to get a little hectic.

That may be a smart idea unless your local petsmart or such is having an adoption day and you just happen to find your little or not so little angel.

I think next time I will omit it. It's time to admit I really don't like it and not from lack of trying all of these years.
Don't get me wrong I love eggplant but have to be in the mood for it. There are days when i crave it and can't get enough and there are other days when I look at it and go why the heck did i buy it and wind up freezing some:hilarious: today was an eggplant day:hungry:

Yeah, I think for me, it's dependent on the preparation. I do like it thinly sliced, rolled and stuffed with ricotta and baked or stir fried with a spicy sauce. I ended up picking it out of my bowl last night. LOL

It must take a lot of self-discipline to stick with these video workouts. I don't think I have the drive and determination you and @figmentfan423 have.

Thank you it isn't so much determination for me any more ok maybe it is but it's now just habit. I've really just gotten used to working out most days of the week. BTW believe you me getting started wasn't easy. I set small goals and went from there

Good morning I'm still doing #SOS and yea it was another kickboxing day. For dinner I'm going to throw some veggies into the pressure cooker with lentils and a glass of merlot. Wish me luck LOL it isn't a recipe but i have a lot of mushrooms to use up so I'm thinking a meatless beef borurguinione
