Just got done with Cheerleading practice I want to run.... But it's raining (excuse) I told you IJust got back from doing 2 1/2 miles! @disneysince71 if you don't get out and run how about putting some music on and just have fun dancing?

Have you tried the cupcake store at DTD ???It's tomorrow and true to my word I've already done JM's 30 day shred 1&2 and her No More trouble zones!Going to try and get out today but it's (insert bad word here) cold!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast will be a chocolate,berry muffin (low fat sugar free vegan) and some chocolate raspberry coffee. Today I will be eating a lot of salad as I have to get rid of yesterday's left overs. add beans and quinoa and I have a meal! So stay healthy and keep movig!
