Just got back from doing 2 1/2 miles!:) @disneysince71 if you don't get out and run how about putting some music on and just have fun dancing?:)
Just got done with Cheerleading practice I want to run.... But it's raining (excuse) I told you I
was going to need encouraging!!! :)The worst part is I had 2 krispy Kream doughnuts!!! What kind of a health teacher am I!!!! I feel like I need to go to confession!!! :(

Confession, well tomorrow is Saturday so you should have no problem finding a priest for that! LOl Come on girl I know you can do better!!!!!!!!!!! I know you do do better!!!!!!!!!! June's coming quick so get moving!!!!!!!!!! xoxo

Just a quick yoga practice and some stretching! Lots of house work cooking and baking (kneeding) companies coming. Going to get really busy tomorrow! lol

It's tomorrow and true to my word I've already done JM's 30 day shred 1&2 and her No More trouble zones!:)Going to try and get out today but it's (insert bad word here) cold!!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast will be a chocolate,berry muffin (low fat sugar free vegan) and some chocolate raspberry coffee. Today I will be eating a lot of salad as I have to get rid of yesterday's left overs. add beans and quinoa and I have a meal! So stay healthy and keep movig! That means you @disneysince71!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
