Good morning just finished 2 hrs of aerobics. Hoping to get outside for a walk but it's still cold this am. Left over muffins today (my life's rough isn't it) lol. Thinking about almond butter and an apple for snack. But I will stir fry lunch and dinner as raw food and cold DO NOT go together. Mixed veggies with beans at lunch and tofu for dinner! Hope it's warmer where you are!

Good morning to all of you! I did an hour of weight lifting and 5 indoor miles with boosters!!! But I'm so looking foward to getting out and walking outside today! Not just a 1/2 to 1 mile walk but a real 2 1/2 to 3 mi. walk as it will warm up later! If it gets really nice I might do 2 of those! So if I'm not here I'm outside! WOO HOO:)

Good morning hope you are all well and moving! Just got done with 2 hrs of low impcat aerobics. I've got a lot to do today so I'm packing a salad with beans, some almond butter and an apple. Going to make my blueberry kale smoothie now! have a great day and keep moving foward!

Now I know that I just got back from the world, but I need accountability. So, I intend on doing this until my next trip in whenever!!
I didn't gain any from all the walking we did, but I ate things I normally don't eat or haven't eaten for a long time. So, I did get my walk in yesterday between laundry and dragging a bit. Today is a new day, so I had muesli with almond milk for breakfast, lunch will be whole wheat wrap with turkey, hummus and veggies. Dinner is lentil salad. Actually looking forward to my healthier food! Walking my 3.5 miles this afternoon, which is nothing to what I did at wdw. But, there is so much to look at down there--not so much here!! LOL
Proud of you guys that are still at it on here!! @MR FERRET hope your cold is better. Have a happy day everyone!!:)

Got 10 indoor miles done today! What I was supposed to do got moved from yesterday il today so packing lunch and a snack! I'm having a smoothie this am just have to figure out what to put in it. Have a great day and keep moving!

The sun is shining and I am getting my post-trip energy back--finally!!! The cooler weather here at home was not helping. But, we are supposed to reach 70 today. Cleaning and laundry, then packing to visit DD this weekend. Walked yesterday afternoon with DH after work. Walking again this evening plus doing stretching and yoga. Eating shredded wheat with almond milk, turkey wrap with veggies, and dinner is chicken meatballs with veggies and orzo. Found some awesome weight watchers ice cream bars yesterday at store. Yummy and under 100 cals.
