Good morning just finished 2 hrs of aerobics. Hoping to get outside for a walk but it's still cold this am. Left over muffins today (my life's rough isn't it) lol. Thinking about almond butter and an apple for snack. But I will stir fry lunch and dinner as raw food and cold DO NOT go together. Mixed veggies with beans at lunch and tofu for dinner! Hope it's warmer where you are!
