working out for Disney

Good morning and happy weekend!:) I say happy because today is my easy day! % miles with boosters and a nice 45 min yoga practice. Now for breakfast a chocolate berry muffin with decaf raspberrry chocolate coffeee. Snack will be a pear and some nuts, lunch mixed veggie stir fry with tofu and orange sauce. But I'm really looking foward to dinner it's going to be nice enough to griil, so grilled escarole salad with white beans, orange, red onion (grilled) tomatoes and cukecumber. BTW I went out and did 2 1/2 miles yesterday and hope to do the same today but I might get to busy, (groceries and a hair appt) @Mikester71 glad to seee you on the boards hope all is well. Keep moving foward!:)

Happy Sunday to all of you! @disneysince71 you have gotten out to run, @93boomer I hope real life isn't too difficult adjusting to, But today's workout is inspired by the dw of @MR FERRET. I heading off to Zumba and do a little yoga to stretch the old muscles. Today will be a smothie for breakfast and a lot of grilled veggies and salad as It's going to be nice and I'm planning on enjoying it! xoxo Figgy

:eek: It's Monday back to life's daily gring!:eek: If you remember the song Rainy days and Mondays, that's what I'm facing today. At least I got up and did 10 miles with boosters. Going to ty and get out today but it will depend on the weather. Hope you all are well and moving!

Morning!! We had a very rainy Sunday. We had to drive back from DD visit this weekend, and I hate driving in fog and rain. Glad the sun is shining this morning!! Ready to start getting my life back to normal post-Disney.
Ate oatmeal and berries for breakfast. Haven't decided lunch yet. Dinner is black bean salad. Definitely getting up and moving though. Walking this evening! Have a great day everyone!!:)

I got out and did 2 1/2 miles hopefully I'll get a break from the rain and get back out later!
I haven't been out yet because I walk with the DH after 5:30 but it is getting darker like we will have a tstorm soon. Hope it doesn't so we can walk outside. He can do the treadmill, but I don't like it. I walk up and down the stairs. I did pick up my DD's stationary bike this weekend. Needs some work but can't wait to use it!!

Good morning, today was latin dance day! My sides are burning! !/2 hour Zumba 1/2 hour latin dance dvd and 5 indoor miles! 5 1/2 weeks til I leave so I'm reallt going to try and step things up, I'm coming home rested, even traveling with commandos. I'm heating up a scone and then going raw for the rest of the day! Have fun and keep moving!

Morning, some people have been awfully active this morning!! LOL Today is foggy here but the sun is supposed to come out this afternoon. I cannot get in the mood to clean when it's dark and cloudy! Walking my 3.5 miles later today. Changed it up and added my stretching and weights to yesterday's workout. Also, got the exercise bike put together and working. Going to try that out later in the week. Just had granola and greek yogurt for breakfast. Turkey and veggie wrap for lunch. And salads for dinner. Snack will be banana. Have a great day everyone!!;)

Woohoo! It's great to mix it up! Keeps the body guessing! I just got back from doing 2 1/2 miles!:)

Good morning to all of you. It's crunch time for me so Today was HIIT day and at time I did want to hit JM, but I got throght 30 day shred 1 and Ripped in30 1&2. I'm getting out and walking 5 miles total today 2- 21/2 mile walks. I think I'm the only person who does Disney commando style and comes home rested! Now just a reminder to @MR FERRET make sure to stop here as soon as you get home!:D
