Good morning and happy weekend!
I say happy because today is my easy day! % miles with boosters and a nice 45 min yoga practice. Now for breakfast a chocolate berry muffin with decaf raspberrry chocolate coffeee. Snack will be a pear and some nuts, lunch mixed veggie stir fry with tofu and orange sauce. But I'm really looking foward to dinner it's going to be nice enough to griil, so grilled escarole salad with white beans, orange, red onion (grilled) tomatoes and cukecumber. BTW I went out and did 2 1/2 miles yesterday and hope to do the same today but I might get to busy, (groceries and a hair appt) @Mikester71 glad to seee you on the boards hope all is well.
