Another rainy morning to you. Seeing I'm stuck inside I did 10 miles with boosters. Bluberry pancakes for breakfast and I know I'm making some vegan chile today. I'm going out to get another groundhog before decideing else what to eat! It's 36 degrees here with rain! Have I ever mentioned I hate cold rain. But I love Disney rain! xoxo

Hey guys!! Sorry about the bad weather you are having this morning:(
We had wind and rain last night, but this morning we have 60s and sunshine! Did not expect this today!!
Cleaning the house and doing laundry today, then yoga and stretching. Walking this evening. Hope everyone is still moving to get ready for that big Disney trip.
Breakfast was my usual homemade granola with nonfat greek yogurt, lunch will be turkey wrap with hummus and veggies, and dinner tonight is whole wheat penne with broccoli and chickpeas.
Everyone hope your weather all improves for the weekend!! Have a great one!!:)

Doing well, thank you Figgy! Went back to work a couple of weeks ago finally and have been doing okay. Have a new walking buddy at work and we walk an hour a night, which is cool. He was worried about me while I was off with the heart problem and he is keeping me motivated. :) Between the walking every day and the diet change I have managed to drop just over 13 pounds, which is also a REALLY nice bonus! Went from 203lbs in February, my weight the night I checked into the hospital, to 189lbs as of Friday night. Like I said...a nice motivator to help me stick to my new lifestyle changes! Can't wait for the warmer weather so that I can get out bike riding and walking with my wife again!!

Thanks for checking up on me and glad to see everyone else is doing good, staying fit, and feeling good! Keep up the great work everyone! :D

Good morning just some stretching and walking today. Smoothie for breakfast and hot and sour soup for dinner. Probably left over chili for lunch! Spent yesterday summer clothes shopping! It was nice fitting into what I wanted in the size I wanted! Best excuse to go shopping being a size or 2 down! What a feeling! Hope you are all doing well and moving! xoxo Figgy

switched out my fall/winter clothes for my spring/summer clothes this weekend. It was not a happy experience since a lot of them no longer fit and the ones that do dont fit that great. Since I refuse to get comfortable at this size I will not go buy more clothes. So with my trip coming up in 62 days I have to get busy. I started back counting points today and did 30 minutes of Wii fit. I hope to get 30 more minutes in this afternoon. I hope I can drop at least 10 lbs before the trip.

A good idea for your trip would be to get a Leslie Sansone walk at home dvd! Really gets the legs ready for Disney walking and will burn more calories per hour than Wii fit! Good luck and hope you get to the fittness level you want! We're here almost every day if you need us! xoxo Figgy

NO! It's more like low impact aerobics. 1-3 mile ones are pretty easy! The 5 mile ones go pretty fast they take about an hour. I make sure I can do 10 miles worth before heading to the world. I actually come home rested with open to close commandos! Having 2 left feet is not a problem as the steps are easy to follow!
