NO! It's more like low impact aerobics. 1-3 mile ones are pretty easy! The 5 mile ones go pretty fast they take about an hour. I make sure I can do 10 miles worth before heading to the world. I actually come home rested with open to close commandos! Having 2 left feet is not a problem as the steps are easy to follow!
where do you buy the dvd's? The shopping options in my town are limited to Walmart and Target.

Thank you!! Last day to get ready!! Have a mix of sadness, relief and excitement today. Glad your relatives are fine!!:) My DH's dtr and a friend of ours just made it over the finish line when it happened; he is fine, no injuries, thank God!! Pray for all those injured.
Well I am finishing my packing, got to run a couple of errands, and do my walking today. Can't believe we finally leave for the world tomorrow!!:)
Everyone that is still working out, keep at it and eat healthy!! Let's think about each other today!!:)

Good morning all today was lifting day. JM's 30 day shred 1 & 2 followed by No More Trouble Zones. I'm at the 50 day mark so time to get outside when I can. Later today I'm taking a few neighbors on a 2 1/2 mile walk! My clothes fit well and I have lots of energy but I still want a little more stamina before I go. Losing a few more vanity pounds wouldn't hurt either! lol

Ran 2 miles again yesterday... still off red meat... down 3 since my trip... 2 more to go... have a meeting so cannot run tonight but will be back on tomorrow... if I am not @figmentfan423 be sure and send me a shout out so I will get busy...
Gotta get back on the plan......60 days! :)
