where do you buy the dvd's? The shopping options in my town are limited to Walmart and Target.NO! It's more like low impact aerobics. 1-3 mile ones are pretty easy! The 5 mile ones go pretty fast they take about an hour. I make sure I can do 10 miles worth before heading to the world. I actually come home rested with open to close commandos! Having 2 left feet is not a problem as the steps are easy to follow!

My exercise today will consist of Reading @figmentfan423 's posts .Good morning all today was lifting day. JM's 30 day shred 1 & 2 followed by No More Trouble Zones. I'm at the 50 day mark so time to get outside when I can. Later today I'm taking a few neighbors on a 2 1/2 mile walk! My clothes fit well and I have lots of energy but I still want a little more stamina before I go. Losing a few more vanity pounds wouldn't hurt either! lol
